The page adds that "MasterCard credit and debit card withdrawals are not available due to issuer restrictions", and that the operator may delay or stop a cash-out until any outstanding deposit has final approval. You get an email once the money has been sent.
Deposit routes open to UK accounts
The deposits page lists many methods but restricts several by country. For a UK account, these are the points that page makes:
- Credit cards: "Deposit with Credit Card is not available for players from the UK." Debit cards are listed among accepted cards.
- PayPal: "PayPal is only available for the customers from the UK and Ireland."
- Apple Pay, Trustly, MuchBetter, Payz, Paysafecard: listed without a UK exclusion.
- Skrill and NETeller: both marked "Not available for customers from the United Kingdom."

Before requesting a withdrawal: ask support for the minimum amount in pounds and any daily or monthly payout cap.
Documents you may be asked for
For card users the terms ask for the front and back of the card showing the first and last four digits; e-wallet users send a screenshot of the wallet profile showing name and email. Getting this done before your first cash-out avoids the usual hold-up.
